We use a Jira Service Management system to create and track support tickets. You must have an account that is specifically for the Jira site (it is different than the login that you use for GPS-X) in order to create tickets.

If applicable to your question, please attach your layout to the ticket when you create it.
Be aware that GPS-X layouts consist of more than a single file. Use the "File->Archive" feature to bundle all of the relevant files into a single zip archive and attach that file to the ticket.
